This Return Policy describes how propassionoutdoors.com handles returns and exchanges of physical products.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less original shipping charges and any applicable restocking fee.
Eligible Items
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Used outdoor equipment showing signs of wear
- Hazardous materials including fuels and aerosols
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return
Email hello@propassionoutdoors.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund.
