Every Pro Passion Outdoors item is made-to-order. We can't restock a custom-printed item — but we'll always make it right when something goes wrong on our end.

The short version: No returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing change, or "I changed my mind." Full replacements or refunds for defects, print errors, damage in transit, or wrong item shipped.

What's covered

  • Product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
  • Print is misaligned, blurry, or wrong.
  • You received the wrong item, size, or color.
  • Item is materially different from what was shown.

What's not covered

  • Wrong size ordered (use the Sizing Guide).
  • Buyer's remorse.
  • Color variation within reasonable manufacturing tolerance.
  • Damage from laundering against care instructions.
  • Items reported more than 30 days after delivery.

How to start a claim

Within 30 days of delivery, email us with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a short description. Approved claims get a free replacement or full refund within 5–10 business days.

Order cancellations

Cancel within 4 hours of placement, before production starts.
