- Items confirmed to be defective or damaged on arrival
- Orders cancelled before shipment

- Final-sale or clearance items
- Used outdoor equipment showing signs of wear
- Hazardous materials including fuels and aerosols

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items not in original condition.
