When you place an order, that exact item is made for you in a partner facility, then shipped directly to you. No warehouses, no stockouts.

Why does it take longer?

Production is the extra step. Plan on 5–10 business days total to your door for most US orders.

Where are products made?

US partner facilities, with select items in the EU and UK for international orders.

Are products good quality?

Yes. Established POD suppliers (Printify, Printful) on industry-standard apparel blanks.

Can I cancel?

Within 4 hours of placement. After that, your item is in production.

Can I return?

For defects, print errors, damage in transit, or wrong items shipped — not for buyer's remorse or sizing changes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to 100+ countries. International transit adds 8–20 business days.
